Q: I hear something in my ceiling, wall or floors, what is it?
A: If you are easily hearing scratching, chewing, clawing in any areas of your home. It is most likely larger than a mouse, indicating a squirrel, chipmunk or other rodent. these animals are dealt with in very specific ways.

Q: Do I need to be home?
A: No, We can complete every job from the exterior. This is where trapping takes place, and is the homes main line of defense against damages.

Q: How do you remove them?
A: All squirrels, chipmunks, and other small rodent species are dispatched with traps as required by CA state law.

Q: Are you licensed?
A: Yes, NV inspections is specifically permitted in for hire nuisance wildlife trapping in CA under TP10814. This includes squirrels and any other nuisance wildlife animal if needed.

Q: Do you provide appointment times?
Due to the nature of our work and the varying durations of each job, we are unable to provide specific appointment times. To ensure all clients are accommodated, Colby (the owner) must remain on his route throughout the day.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: No, we feel it is disingenuous to guaranteed work of this nature. Squirrels and other rodents can be very smart, and complex in nature compared to traditional pest control. While work is not specifically guaranteed, our success rates are extremely high, and we take every reasonable step to effectively address the immediate issue and reduce the chances of recurrence.

Q: Do you deal with Mice?
A: No, we do not specially perform mouse trapping or baiting operations. However during specific seasons we can often perform interior exclusion efforts. This can help mitigate the prevalence of mice in the livable space of the home. If immediate trapping and baiting are needed for mice we can provide local recommendation.
